Adjournment in Memory Request

Supervisor Monica Montgomery Steppe invites individuals, groups, and organizations to submit a request to honor the life of a beloved community member who has passed. Adjournments in memory are presented at the end of a Board of Supervisors meeting. Please submit the following form at least two weeks before the board meeting at which the adjournment in memory is intended to be presented.

The Office of Supervisor Monica Montgomery Steppe reserves the right to edit or decline any adjournment in memory request.
