Victor Liu was raised in Rancho Peñasquitos and fosters deep affection for San Diego. He received his bachelor's degree in political science with a focus on International Relations from UC San Diego.

After graduating, he worked as a cross-functional designer and manager in the San Diego tech industry. He is currently pursuing his law degree from the University of San Diego School of Law. Before his internship with the District Four policy team, he served as a law clerk at Pathways to Citizenship.

Victor is an avid cyclist and can-crushing recyclist with a passion for developing community and environmental wellbeing.
