Aaron Hoskins is a lifelong San Diegan and communications professional with a career dedicated to mission-driven organizations serving the community through higher education, healthcare and public service.

Aaron previously held communications, digital strategy and leadership roles at San Diego State University and Sharp HealthCare, where he focused on building high-performing teams and improving how organizations connect with and serve the public. Early in his career, he worked in journalism covering community, state and local government issues.

Throughout his career, Aaron has been committed to helping organizations communicate clearly, strengthen community engagement and support meaningful public-serving missions. He has also supported the development of students and early-career professionals through teaching and mentorship. Aaron holds a bachelor’s degree in journalism from Ohio State University.
